The order form will automatically calculate this for you as you select the items you want. This cost will vary according to weight of the parcel and where the items are being sent.

Air Mail provides delivery in approximately 9 days around the world. Except for Canada and South Africa which can take 4-6 weeks (I suggest using courier for Canadian orders)

Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Courier delivery is also available to some destinations, and takes 3 to 4 working days. Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays.

We deliver to most countries. However we reserve the right to not supply goods on a case by case basis.

YES, because our checkout pages use Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the order forms. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All personal information used within the shop are secured using Password Protected Folders and Locked Databases using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services and then deleted from the secure servers locked database. No financial information is stored on the web site server. A Thawte SSL Server Certificate will enable SSL (secure socket layer) , giving you the ability to communicate securely. When you view details of your product there is a drop down menu that enables you to select different colours (if available) the image will also change if multiple colour images are available for the item.

Selecting "Any or Mixed" as a colour you can let us know what colours you require in the comments box found in the "check out" process.

As a general guide hold your arm out in front of you and measure from where your thumb joins your hand to your chest.

This is the measurement we suggest you use. This total length will include the length of the head of the poi the cords and the handles.
We also use S = short, M = medium, L = long to help in selecting length.

However there is no reason why you can not have it shorter. If you have it longer it will restrict some internal moves when swinging in front of your chest.

Shorter poi are really good for high speed spinning and longer poi is great for making slower large flame circles.
